The Resiliency Series is a four-part educational series on topics that local leaders have identified as being of highest importance during this tumultuous time.  

Strategic Planning: Making Better Decisions in a Changing Environment is a practical session for manufacturing leaders who need to set priorities and make sound decisions as conditions evolve. Strategic planning is often misunderstood as theoretical or rigid, but when done well, it provides a disciplined way to focus effort, allocate limited resources, and navigate change. This session explains how effective strategic planning works in practice, and how manufacturers can use simple tools and frameworks to begin strategic planning within their own leadership teams. Participants will also explore how planning for a pivot fits within the broader strategic planning process.
